We are transparent in our pricing and are honest in how we process your payments to avoid any confusion.
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for services you subscribe to, and have used, if you would like to cancel your billing cycle you have the option to do so via your account.
You will be debited for the duration of your billing cycle. If you sign up to any of our plans, for example, you have signed up for the 'Recruiter' plan in February but have cancelled in mid-March, you would still be billed for the duration of March and be able to use all services on the 'Recruiter' plan. Starting from April, nothing would be debited and your 'Recruiter' plan from that point would be cancelled.
We also do not provide refunds for any services you have used in addition to your subscription.
