I'm an Employer/Agency, Do I Need to Register to Post Job Opportunities?

A.

No, not at all! We make it extremely easy for businesses and recruitment agencies to post job openings and career opportunities. You will however need a valid e-mail address to post any listings.

I'm an Employer/Agency, Can I Have Applicants go to my Website to Apply?

A.

Yes, if you'd like for all prospecting employees to apply on your own website or another HR CRM we provide you the option to provide your own URL to take applicants to. However for added convenience, we do recommend that you take-in and review applications via Joblyst.

I'm Stuck, How Can I Get Help?

A.

If you're facing technical difficulties, or have issues with any on-site features please use our Contact Form accessible via our website's footer, or alternatively, e-mail us directly at [email protected] - please note, that due to the amount of inquiries we receive daily we are unable to respond to some and we may take up to 45 days to respond to others.

What Payments Do You Accept?

We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards which include VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, JCB, and more. All of our payments are processed via our payment partner, Stripe.

Help! My Payment Won't Go Through!

A.

If you are having issues paying for one of our paid services please e-mail us directly via [email protected] and describing your issue clearly. You should get a response within several days. 

Most of the time, the issues you may experience are caused by your Bank or Credit Card company, and therefore we highly recommend you contact them first to confirm you have the funds required.

Can I Get a Refund?

A.

We are transparent in our pricing and are honest in how we process your payments to avoid any confusion.

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for services you subscribe to, and have used, if you would like to cancel your billing cycle you have the option to do so via your account.

You will be debited for the duration of your billing cycle. If you sign up to any of our plans, for example, you have signed up for the 'Recruiter' plan in February but have cancelled in mid-March, you would still be billed for the duration of March and be able to use all services on the 'Recruiter' plan. Starting from April, nothing would be debited and your 'Recruiter' plan from that point would be cancelled.

We also do not provide refunds for any services you have used in addition to your subscription.
